Tyler Gossman
Intervention Specialist
My name is Tyler, and I currently serve as a Behavior Interventionist for TVI. I chose this role for the summer because I’m passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and believe that every child deserves the opportunity to succeed.
I earned my bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science from Boise State University. During college, I worked as a personal trainer, and it was through that experience helping young clients grow in confidence and ability that I discovered my passion for working with kids. That ultimately led me back to school to pursue my teaching certification.
I now work as a Health and Physical Education teacher for the West Ada School District, where I get to combine my love for fitness, education, and mentorship every day.
Outside of work, I’m a proud husband/father of two boys and the owner of a big, lovable chocolate lab. I’ve lived in Idaho my entire life and enjoy spending time outdoors, whether that’s hunting, fishing, or playing sports. Helping kids grow both in and out of the classroom is what fuels my work and purpose.
