Hi, my name is Mikayla, but I go by Ms. Miki. I joined Treasure Valley Intervention in Fall of 2024 but have been working in this field since 2022. I am currently a full-time student at BSU working on my bachelor’s degree in the Social Work program. I started working with children six years ago at a learning center which pushed me to go back to school and walk down a different career path that helps kids. I have found positive energy when working with children and their families and it motivates me to grow with others as well as supporting those around me to grow. I believe I am fortunate to have found my calling while also finding a sense of belonging with Treasure Valley Intervention and the community we have created. In my free time, I enjoy reading a good book or looking for rocks in the mountains or by the ocean independently or with family and friends.
