My name is Jimmy Martin, I’ve been with Treasure Valley Intervention since December of 2024. I graduated from Southern Oregon University in 2018, with my bachelor’s degree in Criminology & Criminal Justice. I’ve worked in behavioral health since I moved to Idaho in 2021, in both school and home settings. While in college I spent a year working as a direct support professional, providing home care for adults and kids with developmental disabilities. I spent about 2 years as an Admissions Counselor at my Alma Mater. After covid, I decided to relocate to Idaho and have loved working in the behavioral health field ever since! What I love about the work I get to do is being able to provide those that we support with the tools to live fulfilling and independent lives!

In my free time, I love to spend time outdoors! My favorite way to spend the afternoon is riding my bike on the greenbelt. Music is my favorite hobby, I was a band kid growing up so I have big appreciation for music performance and I love the music scene in Boise! I also enjoy spending time with the friends I’ve made here. As a group we love to have board game nights together, or go out for trivia and karaoke nights! My number 1 item on my bucket list is to learn to play the guitar and perform at an open mic night.
